为进一步拓展我校国际交流与合作的广度与深度，提升学校国际化办学水平，应外方邀请，11 月 7 日至 13 日，校党委书记郭霄鹏率团赴英国与爱尔兰进行工作访问。期间，代表团与英国提赛德大学以及爱尔兰 ELI 语言文化学院等多所大学，围绕科研合作、学生交流、师资互访等议题进行深入磋商，并达成多项合作共识。
To further expand the breadth and depth of the university's international exchanges and cooperation, and enhance its international school-running level, at the invitation of foreign partners, Party Secretary of the University Guo Xiaopeng led a delegation on a working visit to the United Kingdom and Ireland from November 7 to 13. During the visit, the delegation held in-depth consultations with several universities including Teesside University (UK) and ELI Language & Cultural Institute (Ireland) on issues such as scientific research cooperation, student exchange, and faculty mutual visits, and reached a number of cooperation consensuses.
在英国期间，郭霄鹏一行访问提赛德大学，与校长沃伦・哈里森（Warren Harrison）教授、国际发展部主任娜塔莉・克拉克（Natalie Clarke）及相关学院负责人等进行会谈，双方就联合培养、科研合作方向进行了富有成效的交流，并共同签署了友好合作协议。
During their stay in the UK, Guo Xiaopeng and his entourage visited Teesside University and held talks with Professor Warren Harrison, Vice-Chancellor of the university, Natalie Clarke, Director of International Development, and heads of relevant colleges. The two sides conducted fruitful exchanges on joint training and scientific research cooperation directions, and jointly signed a friendly cooperation agreement.
在爱尔兰ELI 语言文化学院，代表团与学院负责人彼得・哈钦森（Peter Hutchinson）举行会谈，重点探讨了短期语言课程、带薪实习项目以及技能培训体系建设等内容，双方共同参加了 “学生实习与就业支持” 专题研讨会，并签署实习就业项目合作协议。
At ELI Language & Cultural Institute in Ireland, the delegation held talks with Peter Hutchinson, the institute's director, focusing on short-term language courses, paid internship programs, and the construction of skill training systems. The two sides jointly participated in a thematic seminar on "Student Internship and Employment Support" and signed a cooperation agreement on internship and employment programs.
访问期间，代表团实地考察多所英爱高校实验室、语言学习设施、创新创业中心及媒体制作中心，在联合培养、科研协作、课程共建、教师进修等多个方面形成初步合作意向。
During the visit, the delegation conducted on-site inspections of laboratories, language learning facilities, innovation and entrepreneurship centers, and media production centers of multiple universities in the UK and Ireland, and formed preliminary cooperation intentions in various fields including joint training, scientific research collaboration, curriculum co-construction, and faculty further education.
