10月20日上午，我校与澳大利亚南十字星大学“本升硕”项目合作签约仪式在高新校区图书馆801会议室举行。副校长凡明锦出席并致辞。仪式由对外合作交流与校友工作处处长田富平主持。

On the morning of October 20, our university and Southern Cross University of Australia held a signing ceremony for the collaborative Bachelor's to Master's Program.The event took place in Room 801 of the Library at the Gaoxin Campus. Vice President Fan Mingjin attended and addressed the ceremony, which was hosted by Tian Fuping, Director of the Office of International Cooperation, Exchange and Alumni Affairs.

凡明锦对澳大利亚国际商会及南十字星大学一行的来访表示欢迎，并对澳大利亚国际商会促成此次合作项目表示感谢。她表示，学校始终坚持以开放办学促发展、以合作办学谋共赢的理念。此次与澳大利亚南十字星大学的“本升硕”合作项目是学校推动国际化战略、拓宽学生深造路径的重要举措，也是提升学校国际声誉的关键路径。

Vice President Fan extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Australian International Chamber of Commerce (AICC) and Southern Cross University. She expressed her appreciation to the AICC for facilitating this partnership, reaffirming the university's commitment to fostering development through open education and achieving mutual success through collaboration.She emphasized that the Bachelor-to-Master program with Southern Cross University represents a significant step in advancing the university's internationalization strategy, broadening opportunities for student advancement, and elevating the institution's global profile.

澳大利亚国际商会会长麦克·果表示，中澳教育交流日益密切，此类项目有助于提升学生的国际视野和竞争力，也将为双方高等教育合作注入新活力。南十字星大学全球执行董事达蒙·费里斯详细介绍了该校的办学特色、学科特点及合作项目的优势。

Mike Guo, President of the Australian International Chamber of Commerce, noted the growing depth of Sino-Australian educational exchanges. He stated that such programs are instrumental in expanding students' international horizons and competitiveness, while also injecting new vitality into bilateral higher education cooperation.

The cooperation agreement for the Bachelor-to-Master program was then signed by Vice President Fan Mingjin and Mr. Damon Ferris.

签约仪式结束后，南十字星大学一行分别前往经济管理学院、计算机学院和外国语学院，与学院负责人及部分教师进行座谈，并面向学生举办了“本升硕”项目专题宣讲会。

Following the signing ceremony, the delegation from Southern Cross University visited the School of Economics and Management, the School of Computer Science, and the School of Foreign Languages. They held meetings with the deans and faculty representatives of these schools and conducted a dedicated information session on the Bachelor-to-Master program for students.

此次签约合作，标志着我校与南十字星大学的合作步入了新阶段，也是学校持续推进国际化办学、深化教育教学改革的重要成果。

This partnership agreement marks the beginning of a new chapter in the collaboration between our university and Southern Cross University. It stands as a significant achievement in the university's continuous pursuit of internationalization and the deepening of its educational and teaching reform.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Australian International Chamber of Commerce and Southern Cross University, alongside relevant personnel from our university's Student Affairs Office, Graduate School, Academic Affairs Office, Office of International Cooperation, Exchange and Alumni Affairs, School of Economics and Management, School of Computer Science, and School of Foreign Languages.
